The Wee Chatty Cafe and community garden sits at a strategy point for walkers and cyclists, just off the Forth and Clyde Canal towpath where the National Cycle Route enters The Saltings. It acts as social meeting point in tandem with our Social Hub and Headquarters are based in Napier Hall, 312 Dumbarton Road, Old Kilpatrick G60 5JH. Our project was born out of the needs of the most vulnerable and isolated members of the Old Kilpatrick Community.
It is a welcome respite in rain or sunshine, a place to rest and to chat over a coffee and a snack. Old Kilpatrick Food Parcels (OKFP) aim to promote their objectives through welcoming you to this small venue.
All refreshments are free, but this café depends on donations. If you can, please add some cash to the "hungry bucket" at the servery.
