The North Yell Marina was opened in 2022 and marks new infrastructure supporting a decades long tradition of working with our marine environment. Marina Life has always been at the heart of North Yell’s cultural heritage and the routes and paths that the fishing boats and yachts travel are the same ones travelled for generations before them.
The North Yell Marina will be open to the public to allow people to see the current site and hear about the future development plans we have. There will be access to the pontoons so people can see the variety of yachts, motor boats and sea angling vessels berthed in Cullivoe. Some berth holders will even be holding Open Boats and allowing folk onboard to look around.
