Where will you find Walter Scott pondering the Perthshire environment? Tucked away in a corner of Perth Art Gallery is the historic 1930s Library Room. PSNS members will be there to show you books, maps and items they have sourced across their many interests including items linking Perth with royalty and coronation, particularly the story of the fresh water pearl with which Scotland's Honours are so bedecked.
Once again Perthshire Society of Natural Science will be opening their precious library. All sections of the Society will display snippets from their wealth of interests inspired by Perthshire with a slant on routes, networks and connections be they travel tales, roots, rivers, trains or migration. Intrigued? So are we!
