14 September 2024 (10:30 - 15:30)

Perth & Kinross

In Person

The oldest part of Perth Art Gallery was established in 1824 and designed by architect David Morison. It was one of the oldest purpose-built museums in the United Kingdom. The Museum's collection contains thousands of objects relating to natural and social history, art, crafts, textiles, and cultural objects from around the world.

Perth Art Gallery invites you to take a look behind the scenes at one of the oldest purpose-built museum and gallery buildings in the UK, housing the Perth Museum’s collection of over half a million historic and artistic objects. Tours will be led by curators.

For Doors Open Days there will be four tours on Saturday 14th September:

  • 10:30 - 11:30
  • 11:45 - 12:45
  • 13:30 - 14:30
  • 14:30 - 15:30

There is space for 10 people per tour - must be booked in advance.
