The Wildlife Information Centre (TWIC) is a charity that collects, manages and provides biological information for south-east and part of central Scotland. We currently hold more than 3.75 million species records, as well as data for habitats and wildlife sites.
Visit the Wildlife Information Centre to find out more about wildlife recording, the ways biological data is used and how to contribute your own sightings. There will be FREE nature-themed activities for children, including a demonstration of using a digital microscope to view the close-up details of flora and fauna and there will be. Information leaflets available to take away. Before heading off, why not combine your visit with a walk in the attractive surroundings of Vogrie Country Park.
