In Person Falkirk Larbert Old Church of Scotland new 7 September 2024 There has been a Church on these grounds at Larbert Cross since the 12th Century. The present iconic building which was designed by the celebrated architect David Hamilton was build in 1820 and replaced the previous Church which stood in the adjacent church yard which dated to the first half of the 16th Century. It is here that Robert Bruce, a founding member of the Church of Scotland and minister is buried in the cemetery where the old pulpit stood.
