Greenside Parish Church

Greenside Parish Church was designed by architect Gillespie Graham and opened for worship in 1839.
It has served the Parish area of Royal, Carlton and Regent Terraces, Regent Road, the Area of the Omni Centre, Baxter Place and as far north as McDonald Road / Brunswick Road.
A number of noteworthy characters have contributed to the life of Greenside the most well know of whom are the Stevenson Family.
There will be volunteers available to show visitors around or visitors can walk about on their own. There will be short organ and piano recitals throughout the day, a quiz and drawing sheets for any young visitors. Anyone who wishes time for quiet contemplation or reflection will have that opportunity
