Craigsbank Parish Church
Edinburgh
Our Sanctuary is an uplifting space and a special place with unique qualities representing the innovative design movement of the 1960’s. It is a “hidden gem” with the square plan and plain white walls enclosing the tiered worship and congregational space with its dramatic natural daylighting around the floating ceiling, A design inspired by the Covenanters worshipping in the hills south of Edinburgh.
Activities
A range of Arts and Music events plus Architectural and themed displays. Information leaflets and details of our activities, networks and connections.
Tours will take place throughout both days and trace the development of the Sanctuary and Halls. The focus will be to respond to the requests of visitors by providing information, displays and first-hand experiences.
