In Person
Crail Museum & Heritage Centre gives insight into the past of this ancient Royal Burgh, its kirk, seafaring tradition, and the airfield HMS Jackdaw which was a Fleet Air Arm Station from the Great War to the 1960s, when it then became a languages school for spies ! Our exhibitions on special topics are changed regularly and our new exhibition this year is entitled “Volunteering in Crail”.
Today there is still commercial fishing from the picturesque harbour for crab and lobster, which have a reputation for quality.
The museum has a children’s play area.
