The Kirkintilloch Players, an illustrious amateur theatre group founded in 1923, just marked its centenary in grand style. Our home, the intimate Turret Theatre, has seen countless award-winning productions brought to life by our talented adult and youth sections. From side-splitting comedies to heart-stopping thrillers and everything in between, our diverse repertoire has entertained audiences far and wide. Each year, our annual pantomime takes centre stage, capturing the hearts of all who attend.
During Doors Open Days, curious visitors get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of our beloved theatre. From the dressing rooms to costume displays, guests can experience firsthand the magic of Kirkintilloch's very own theatrical gem. Club members will be on hand to show and explain the various areas as well as provide more information if you would like to become involved in this friendly, vibrant club.
