Baldernock Parish Church

East Dunbartonshire

This rural late eighteenth-century parish church is largely unaltered since its construction, though the vestry is a nineteenth-century addition. The early nineteenth-century watchhouse was used by those who were protecting the graveyard from grave robbers. The adjoining graveyard contains many interesting headstones. The church is set in a charming rural location close to Milngavie.
