Prestwick Freemen's Hall (Prestwick Burgh Hall)
Ayrshire
Prestwick Burgh Hall, better known as Prestwick Freemen’s Hall, is the municipal building which served as the meeting place of Prestwick Burgh Council. It is a Category B listed building.
Prestwick Civic Pride Partnership has appointed O’DonnellBrown, an architectural practice which specialises in working with existing buildings and community groups, to consider possible uses for the building and develop options for reinstating the steeple which was removed from the building in 2011. Be part of the community consultation on possible options that Prestwick Civic Pride will consider for their discussions with South Ayrshire Council.
For Doors Open Days there will be an opportunity to visit the Freemen’s Hall and take part in a consultation and have your say on possible options that Prestwick Civic Pride will consider for their discussions with South Ayrshire Council.
